Security at SYXt

Account protection

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to SYXt staff. Sessions are issued as time-limited access tokens rather than shared credentials.

Payments

Card and mobile money payments are processed by our configured third-party payment providers over encrypted connections. SYXt does not store your card number or mobile money PIN.

Data in transit

All traffic between the SYXt app, website, and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Access controls

Staff access to customer, booking, and payment records is limited to what is required for their role, and administrative actions are logged.
